I am currently looking for a Intermediate Financial Manager to join our client, who are a exciting Construction Company with big ambitions and huge amount of possibilities.

They deliver enviable spaces, seamlessly from the transformation of hybrid offices fit for the future of work to the construction of new environments and to the restoration of beloved theatres in states of transition.

Their projects are driven to the highest standard because of their commitment to clients.

You will be joining the team at the early stages of the project which is based in Cambridgeshire.

Specific objective will be to oversee the procurement package, working closely with team and reporting into the Senior Lead Project FM.

Its a new build circa £24m, design and construction of a new laboratory building.

There is demolition of an existing unit, new build shell & core labs with fit out of café and cycle centre in an existing unit, finished off with external works including car parking and soft landscaping.

Experienced in the construction industry, new builds, commercial, fitout and labs projects would be a preference.
— Excellent understanding of experience in new builds.
— IT literate in word and all necessary software systems.
