To oversee and manage daily operations on construction sites, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of safety and quality.

Manage and motivate site teams, ensuring effective communication and adherence to project plans.
Conduct regular site inspections and audits to monitor progress and adherence to safety and quality standards.
Resolve on-site issues and conflicts, ensuring minimal disruption to the project timeline.
Liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to maintain strong working relationships.
Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred.
Relevant certifications such as CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme), SSSTS, SMSTS, or equivalent.
Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role in construction or civil engineering projects.
Excellent organizational and project management skills.
In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, and OSH guidelines.
The role involves working at various construction sites, which will require travel.
