The Pathway Assistant role is an exciting opportunity to join our administration team in the Endoscopy Unit which provides first class administration and reception services to the Division.

We offer excellent development opportunities for administration staff both within the Division and across the organisation.


As part of our Patient Pathway team, you will be responsible for greeting and arriving patients on reception, organising patient appointments and processing clinical correspondence in a timely manner.


The Division of GI Services includes the medical and surgical specialities of hepatopancreatobiliary (HPB), colorectal, upper GI cancer, obesity, nutrition and vascular services.

The Division is responsible for a 50 bedded ward, Endoscopy Unit and a GI Physiology Unit. We see around 700 patients in out-patient clinics and perform around 300 inpatient procedures per week. Our administration team are vital to the smooth running of these services.
