INTERNAL QUALITY ASSURER (IQA) - DATA & IT - £45,000-50,000SLS Recruitment is proud to partner with a leading National Training provider in the search for an Internal Quality Assurer with expertise in IT and Data.

This exciting opportunity offers full remote work flexibility and a competitive salary ranging from £45,000 to £50,000.


Requirements:
Ideally, possess a level 4 qualification in IT or Data

Essential:
Hold a level 4 teaching qualification

Desirable:
Certification in Internal Quality Assurance

Responsibilities:
Serve as a Performance Coach, ensuring the quality and excellence of training programmes.
Provide invaluable coaching and guidance to trainers, assessing programme effectiveness, and driving continuous improvement in training methodologies.
