    Purpose & Key Responsibilities

    Purpose of Role
    To provide dynamic and strategic leadership of the company's day to day operations across departments ensuring its compliance, growth and long-term success.
    Design and deliver company strategy via robust business planning and project management.
    Deliver against annual objectives as determined by the executive team.

    Key Responsibilities
    • Develop and execute strategies for business expansion, identifying new opportunities for growth.
    • Collaborate with the executive team to set and achieve business goals and objectives.
    • Analyse performance data and make data-driven decision to improve operational processes.
    • Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, regulations and industry standards.
    • Implement and monitor quality assurance processes to uphold high standards of care.
    • Oversee and manage a diverse team, providing leadership and direction.
    • Conduct regular performance review and ensure ongoing professional development.
    • Cultivate a positive and inclusive work environment.
    • Manage day to day operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
    • Develop, improve and implement operational plans, policies and procedures to meet company goals.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, regulatory bodies and partner organisations.
    • Foster relationships with clients, families, and external partners to enhance service delivery and satisfaction.
    • Manage crisis situations effectively ensuring the safety and well-being of clients and staff.
    • Represent the company in industry forums and at events.
    • Evaluating overall company performance by implementing appropriate measurements, checks and balances to determine progress and inform appropriate business decisions.
    • Monitor and manage budgets, financial reports, and resource allocation.
    • Provide necessary management reporting and appropriate feedback mechanisms for areas of responsibility.
    • Anticipate and forecast trends and patterns associated with company performance and the wider marketplace.
    • Maintain professional and industry knowledge through appropriate CPD and complete appropriate training/qualifications where necessary.

    Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

    Dynamic and strategic leader with a proven track record of driving business growthFocus on quality and complianceProven track record of team and people management.Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.Able to adapt, motivate and encourage positive change.Strong financial acumen.Profound understanding of the healthcare sector.Passion for elevating the quality of care provided by the organisation.Proficient in Microsoft Office packages (including Word, Excel and Outlook).Familiar with CRM and healthcare management software solutions.Relevant degree in business, healthcare management or related field.Membership of professional bodies such as Chartered Institute of Management or CIPD.A minimum of 8 years experience in a senior management role within the healthcare or social care sector.A proved track record of successfully growing and managing operations in a similar setting.Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and quality assurance processes.Knowledge of the Care Quality Commission and membership in Skills for Care.
