    Electronic Working Administrator

    Location: Newport - South Wales

    Salary: £22,446.27

    Contract: Full time, Permanent

    Hours: 08:30-17:00– Monday to Friday (37.5 hours per week)

    Williams Lea seeks an Administrator / Electronic Working Operator - to join our team

    Training

    We offer one to one training followed by coaching support from our Supervisors and Seniors until fully competent.

    The Job :

    Are you self-motivated with a can do attitude? Are you able to work in a high volume environment where understanding the importance of delivery against client service levels is critical?

    Do you have data entry experience? You must be confident to liaise with Courts, Clients and Claimant solicitors by telephone.

    The Job : Key Responsibilities

    Operations

  • Working as part of a larger team on our clients site in administering Client. Accept Service paperwork, following agreed processes and procedures to ensure accuracy of information
  • Setting up new cases on behalf of a law firm.
  • Reviewing documentation.
  • Dealing with incoming mail.
  • Role requires data entry and validation of information so accuracy and attention to detail is critical
  • Liaising with Courts, Clients and Claimant solicitors by telephone in order to clarify received or missing information
  • Handling confidential information in line with the firm's data security protocols
  • Answering a handful of inbound calls from clients each day.
  • Making outgoing calls to clients to obtain missing information.
  • Other administrative duties, as required
  • Adhere to defined standards and processes
  • Client

  • Have the ability to deal with client issues quickly and effectively, seeking assistance when required
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external clients providing assistance and advice as and when required
