- Oversee all facets of designated development projects, from concept to completion.
- Efficiently manage project appraisals, budgets, and project timelines, while proactively identifying and addressing potential risks.
- Cultivate robust partnerships with both internal and external stakeholders, including external design teams, funders, internal sales and after-sales teams, ensuring complete transparency for our clientele.
- Prepare and deliver monthly reports and presentations for senior management and external collaborators.
- Uphold meticulous project documentation and filing protocols, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards.
- Undertake regular travel within the UK, primarily to London and Cornwall, for project-related commitments, contingent upon the assigned development projects.
- Salboy predominantly operates within central Manchester, alongside several ventures situated in central London and across Cornwall, encompassing locales like St Ives, Newquay, and Camborne.
- MRICS Qualified (Optional subject to experience)
- Demonstrated expertise in development management or development consultancy, spanning various and asset categories, with a particular focus on residential projects.
- A skilled manager with a strong understanding of commercial principles and financial management.
- Proven track record in preparing development appraisals.
- Keen interest and insight into the UK's residential property market.
- Exposure to property management or landlord and tenant affairs.
- Proficiency in report writing, coupled with the ability to communicate complex information effectively to a wide range of audiences.
