I am currently working with an inspiring specialist SEMH college who are looking for a SEMH Behaviour Mentor to help support the learning and development of the students.

They are highly respected leaders in SEN and trauma-informed practice. Their ethos is about empowering each one of their students. They are constantly creating new imaginative projects that stimulate the children and promote independence. They have fantastic facilities on site. Being a part of this school feels just like a family environment who are continually celebrating each other.

Even if your experience is informal/voluntary, I want to hear from you The children you will support will have a variety of needs which can include significant complex behavioural challenges.

SEMH Behaviour Mentor requirements:_

Experience of working with young people with SEMH, behavioural issues, Trauma, Sensory processing, social communication
Learning Mentor/ Youth Worker experience
Ability to build strong and meaningful relationships
A passion for working with SEND is essential
