*Team Leader Responsibilities:

• Delivering High Quality Care
• Leading a team of Care Workers as Team Leader
• Working with Young People to improve outcomes
• Risk Assessments, Care Planning and Communication Plans
• Supporting Young People with personal care and learning independence
• Encourage engagement with social groups, activities & having fun
• Working with young people in Crisis, incorporating a therapeutic approach
• Supporting and mentoring junior staff
• Acting as a role model
• Working in conjunction with all the agencies, schools and other 3rd parties involved in a child's care

*Team Leader Skills /

Experience:

• Minimum 2 Years Children's Residential Care experience or previous experience as Team Leader
• Must be able to demonstrate ability to communication information.
• Must be able to develop individuals to improve their knowledge & skill set.

*Team Leader Qualifications:

• Minimum NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or similar)
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Salary is a minimum of £28,500 - £29,500, Performance Related Pay (PRP), sleep in's form part of the contract and these are paid at £80 per sleep in.
