We are looking for a Headteacher, who specialises in SEND with management experience and good leadership potential to join a school in Peterborough.


In partnership with the governors at this specialist school, REED Education are looking for an inspiring leader who has high aspirations for the continued professional development of staff and in building relationships with the wider community, parents/carers,employers, and other stakeholders.


The incoming Headteacher will:

  • Share our passion for achieving the very best outcomes for our pupils.
  • Play a vital role in improving standards of teaching and learning across the school.
  • Need to be a proven practitioner who has worked with a range of pupil needs and will be able to model good practice to others; develop bespoke curriculums and train staff to implement effectively; be able to demonstrate initiating, managing and leading effectivechange.
  • Have a high level of professional values and educational philosophy that will ensure the school makes sustained improvements in all aspects of life.
  • Have the commitment and aspiration for pupils and staff to reach their full potential and have a commitment to the attainment and achievement of greater levels of independence for pupils who have complex, medical, behavioural, and physical learning difficulties.
