Job description:

Our client, based in Buckinghamshire
, is currently recruiting for a Technical Support Coordinator on a temporarycontract for three months.

Our client is proud to be in business for over 25 years and providing homes for more than 27,000 people.

The position is due to start immediately on a full-time basis. The hourly rate is negotiable based on experience for this position.


Duties will include (but not limited to):

  • Liaise as necessary to ensure all are up to date, reporting any issues to the relevant Area Property Manager
  • Manage the administration of any disrepair claims received
  • Manage the diaries of the Property Managers using control of DRS in relation to inspections and visits conducted by them
  • Provide technical support to the Customer Contact Team and Works Planners to ensure accurate diagnosis of works to deliver 'right first time' targets
  • Provide technical help desk support to advise and instruct Contractors' and Internal Repairs Team operatives and answer general queries
  • Investigate complaints, liaise with tenants and contractors, presenting findings to the Area Manager, including recommendations and complaint findings

Experience/Skills required:


  • Knowledge of using DRS system
  • Experience using scheduling system such as Opti-Time
  • Experience of a similar role within social housing
  • Practical experience of working in a busy office environment and dealing with varying administrative duties
  • Experience of working with suppliers or contractors.
  • Experience of organizing meetings
  • Experience of working within a customer facing environment
  • Experience of working in a Housing maintenance environment
  • Experience of processing invoices using various software systems such as Ebiz & Open Accounts
  • Ability to maintain accurate financial information within various systems
  • Experience of working in a team

Working hours:


  • 36.5 hours per week


  • Monday

  • Friday 9am5pm
