    What will your role involve?

    • You will undergo training as a 360 recruitment consultant right from day one, following a 12-week training plan with full support from your Manager and team.
    • You will specialize in one of our divisions: Human Resources, Finance & Procurement, Legal, Social Housing, Property Management, or Local Government. You will offer advice, guidance, and consultations to clients and candidates of all levels.
    • Develop relationships with clients across various organizations using a range of business development tools such as telephone, email marketing, LinkedIn, virtual meetings, and in-person visits.
    • Source, screen, shortlist, and provide guidance to candidates within your specialized sector using various tools.
    • Juggle multiple tasks and prioritize work alongside your team in a dynamic, deadline-driven, KPI-focused, and fast-paced environment.
    • Collaborate with your colleagues, clients, and candidates while upholding our core values: collaboration, transparency, growth, and respect.
