What you'll be doing
You will provide administrative support internally, and externally, to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the organisation.

This involves supporting a number of different teams and individuals within the business, so the ability to balance a range of different priorities and excellent personal organisation skills, will be critical to success.


What your day-to-day work will look like

  • Making up and sending out training packs from printed stocks and ensuring trainers have everything they require
  • Providing support to delegates on online training courses
  • Processing course bookings and registrations
  • Producing and distributing certificates
  • Responsible for managing own cases allocated to you; effectively using Admin case queuing system on Salesforce to manage workload and communicate with customers
  • Ensuring that all data and contact records are up to date and accurate
  • Minute taking at weekly team meetings
  • Processing customer credit card payments
  • Other adhoc tasks as required

What we need you to bring to the team


You'll need to be very organised, have a keen eye for detail and be passionate about providing efficient, and consistent, administration support.

You'll need to be professional, friendly and reliable, with a desire to provide a high-level of cooperation within a small but growing team.

Work Location:
Please note that this role is hybrid rather than fully remote.

You will be required to commute to St Albans every Monday morning for a team meeting from 9-11 am and work in our St Albans office every Wednesday (full day).

Therefore, you must live within easy commutable distance to St Albans.
