    Personal Assistant – to 2 x C-suite directors

    Location: Hybrid (3 days in London 2 days from home)

    Salary £38-46,000 + benefits

    This position is responsible for providing executive level administrative support for two C-suite executives in a fast paced and team-oriented environment. Our Client is a leading brand in the industry, we are seeking support from someone who is highly motivated and can multi-task expertly in a complex and high energy setting. A positive demeanor, agility and resourcefulness are additional keys to success in this exciting role. The role also supports the business on the execution of additional projects assigned.

    The role:

    Heavy day-to-day, short-term, and long-term calendar management that involves coordination with the entire team, division, and company

    Compile reports and agendas for various key meetings

    Manage all requests to and from Corporate, Divisions/Brands, and follow up accordingly

    Booking and coordination of travel arrangements

    Preparation of expense reports adhering to corporate policies

    Coordinate visits from executives to global headquarters and subsidiaries

    Draft and edit internal communications as needed

    Create and manage purchase orders, vendor management and other systems management

    Meeting and event preparation including catering, IT set-up and other administrative logistical support

    Plan and execute small events, activities, and celebrations for teams

    Serve as general administrative support for the office teams

    Management of floor space, necessary maintenance, and office supplies

    The person:

    Degree educated or equivalent

    Prior personal assistant experience in a corporate environment for at least 5 years

    Must be looking for a long-term assistant position

    Must possess a high degree of professionalism and ability to handle highly confidential information

    Must possess extremely strong organisational and interpersonal skills with the ability to deal with people at all levels, both internally and externally

    Requires strong written and oral communication skills

    Ability to maintain organisation while effectively managing multiple tasks, multiple deadlines, and competing priorities

    Ability to learn and use judgment and discretion and complete tasks with limited or no direction

    Highly proficient in the use of office systems Adaptable and able to learn new systems quickly and efficiently

    Must be a proactive and forward thinker who has creative problem-solving skills

    Possess ability to work in a team environment across multiple functions
