    IT Project Manager

    Location: TBC

    Job Type: Permanent

    Salary: DoE

    Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week. Working Hours to align with projects which may be South Africa, UK or USA time zones

    About the Role

    The Teleperformance UK/SA IT Team take pride in continuous evolution. Part of the driving force behind our department's success and growth is a skilled and dedicated IT project management team.

    The IT Project Manager (IT PM) will plan, establish, and manage IT projects and will serve as a liaison between the business and technical aspects of assigned projects. Typical projects include new client setups and technology transformation.

    Multiple Projects are managed Simultaneously with emphasis on leading for success.

    Key Objectives, responsibilities and duties

    • Lead assigned projects from requirements definition through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and implementation plans, including risk mitigation
    • Maintain Suitable project documentation and leverage Toolsets throughout the project lifecycle
    • Bring projects to a controlled close
    • Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure that projects adhere to scope, schedule, and budget
    • Analyze project status and, when necessary, revise the scope, schedule, or budget to ensure that project requirements can be met
    • Establish and maintain relationships with relevant internal and/or external stakeholders, providing regular contact on project status and changes – IT Project Managers will typically interface widely including with internal and external stakeholders
    • Collects, analyzes, and summarizes information and trends as needed to prepare project status reports in a timely manne
    • Adherence to process and process improvement identification and implementation
    • Build and develop the project team to ensure maximum performance, by providing purpose, direction, and motivation
    • Performs other related duties as assigned.

    Required Skills/Abilities

    • PRINCE2 or equivalent Qualifications with a minimum of 4 years' experience in a lead PM role
    • Extremely Organized with attention to detail.
    • Excellent analytical, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English Native Speaking Level)
    • The ability to multi-task and work under stress to meet deadlines
    • Thorough understanding of project management principles and planning.
    • Thorough understanding of information technology procedures and practices and Contact Centre BPO
    • Proficient with, or able to quickly become proficient with, a range of general and specialized applications, software, and hardware used in the organization and the industry.
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
    • Must submit and pass background checks
    • Good IT process skills.
