- Review and enhance health and safety management processes to meet policy commitments and legal obligations.
- Lead the development of new health and safety systems.
- Develop internal and joint venture audit processes to ensure policy and legal compliance.
- Manage the audit process, including reporting and resolution of Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs).
- Develop a regime of supplier audits.
- Investigate income-generating opportunities related to supplier audits.
- NEBOSH Health and Safety Diploma.
- Membership of IOSH or IIRSM with up-to-date CPD.
- IRCA accreditation.
- Environmental training/qualification (desirable).
- IEMA membership (desirable).
