My Financial Services client is recruiting for an experienced Complaints Manager to join their small but busy team.

Responsible for managing a small team to manage customer disputes in a timely and fair manner. Coaching, mentoring and upskilling the team where required. Reviewing current processes to ensure they are efficient and where necessary, implementing new waysof doing things. Building relationships around the organisation. Analyse root causes of complaints.

This is a remote based role with ad-hoc travel
