Junior Shop Assistant - Alloa

We are currently looking to employ a Junior Shop Assistantat our busy Alloa branch.

The position would ideally suit a recent school leaver who has an interest in the trade industry.

Duties include but not limited to:

Greeting and serving customers as they enter the shop
Advising and assisting customers in buying products
Assisting with queries and forwarding on any serious complaints
Conducting customer transactions
Replenishing the supply of stock on the shelves
Arranging and labelling goods in the display shelves
Make up orders for delivery and collection
Unload stock from suppliers
Report low stock and other shortages
Ensure all products are suitable packaged and delivery standards meet customer requirements
Keep shop tidy and free from risk
Cleaning and mopping of shop floor
Cleaning shelves and products as required

Hours of work are Monday to Friday 07.30am to 17.00pm and every second Saturday 07.30am to 12.00pm.
