- Lead the transition to an inhoused digital marketing function, alongside the Ecommerce Director.
- Build out the channel strategies across paid media and other digital assets.
- Build relationships with stakeholders internally, including Head of Brand, Creative Lead, and the wider business.
- Drive incrementally improving value from a scaling digital marketing spend.
- Managed performance marketing channels including paid search and paid social.
- Managed wider digital channels associated with driving traffic to a website.
- At least 4 years' within a B2C digital marketing function.
- Live within a reasonable commute time of Burnley, as the role is onsite.
