    The Company:

    I'm working with one of Burnley's major success stories, who are a national leader in their manufacturing sector. They recently embarked upon a move in to ecommerce and selling direct-to-consumer, acquiring lots of consumer brands on the way. The business has entered in to a new era, to expand on the £75 million turnover business, with ecommerce growing this quickly.

    The opportunity is for somebody who wants to grow something over time. The chance is to inhouse digital marketing, and play a vital role in a marketing team that is new, and scaling quick.

    The Role:

    • Lead the transition to an inhoused digital marketing function, alongside the Ecommerce Director.
    • Build out the channel strategies across paid media and other digital assets.
    • Build relationships with stakeholders internally, including Head of Brand, Creative Lead, and the wider business.
    • Drive incrementally improving value from a scaling digital marketing spend.

    You:

    • Managed performance marketing channels including paid search and paid social.
    • Managed wider digital channels associated with driving traffic to a website.
    • At least 4 years' within a B2C digital marketing function.
    • Live within a reasonable commute time of Burnley, as the role is onsite.
