Sales and Operations Assistant

£20,000-£23,000 (depending on experience)

Andoversford

Permanent

Monday-Thursday 9am-5:30pm, Friday 9am-3:00pm

Juice recruitment are excited to be working alongside an expanding company in Cheltenham to find a Sales and Operations assistant in their Lifestyle and Gift sector.

The company are looking for a dynamic and passionate professional with a keen interest in lifestyle products. This role is ideal for someone who is organised, communicative and pays close attention to detail.

This role will be highly diverse with many differing days.

You will be primarily responsible for providing support to the management team with sales order processing, marketing, and purchasing tasks.

Core responsibilities include:

Liaison with our existing and prospective customer base
Administrative support including populating and managing our contacts and product database
Sales order processing, invoicing and administration
General support to the management team
Face to face representation at trade shows

Skills / Defining Attributes

Keen interest in working with popular lifestyle and children's products
Professional telephone manner & communication skills
Excellent verbal & written communication skills
Computer literate in Excel and Word
Previous experience of inventory / stock management systems software advantageous.
Full Driving license advantageous
