Lead Veterinary Surgeon ~ LincolnshireThis is a fantastic position with a team that works well together to provide inclusive patient care.

This role consists of a four-day work week and an external out-of-hours provider, so you can work at a senior level while maintaining a great work-life balance.

Time is set aside each week for operational purposes.


Benefits Package:
Salary up to £85000 and additional package available for certificate holders. Relocation package available.4-day work week with time set aside for operational purposes.


Role Requirements:
Provide a cohesive approach when it comes to the patients diagnostic work up and symptomatic therapy. Run the surgery at its optimum efficiency and productivity.
Work closely with other senior members of the team.
Foster a learning and open culture where both the team and clients can communicate their needs.


Your skills and attributes:
Lead by example by having strong communication, organisational and people management skills.
Enjoy coaching and developing the Vet team to achieve their potential.
The experience of auditing events such as complaints and unexpected significant events.
Establish strong relationships.
