Position:
Call Centre Operative (Inbound)

will be expected to be adaptive, resourceful, and willing to learn as they go along.


Essential Job Functions:


  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Identify and escalate issues to the appropriate person as soon as possible.
  • Ensure that all paperwork for new sales are completed accurately.
  • Manage all incoming calls in a professional manner at all times.
  • Maintain an accurate and uptodate record of customer inquiries within the company CRM System.

Requirements:


  • Being able to cope with varying call volumes and pressures
  • To handle and resolve difficult customers and achieve a positive outcome whilst remaining professional
  • To be able to follow a script and call flow accurately
  • Ability to work in a team environment ensure all calls are answered in a timely manner, call queues to be kept at mínimal.

Salary:
£20,819.00-£22,312.00 per year
