Position:
Call Centre Operative (Inbound)

will be expected to be adaptive, resourceful, and willing to learn as they go along.

Essential Job Functions:

Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner.
Identify and escalate issues to the appropriate person as soon as possible.
Ensure that all paperwork for new sales are completed accurately.
Manage all incoming calls in a professional manner at all times.
Maintain an accurate and uptodate record of customer inquiries within the company CRM System.

Requirements:

Being able to cope with varying call volumes and pressures
To handle and resolve difficult customers and achieve a positive outcome whilst remaining professional
To be able to follow a script and call flow accurately
Ability to work in a team environment ensure all calls are answered in a timely manner, call queues to be kept at mínimal.

Salary:
£20,819.00-£22,312.00 per year
