- Proven experience delivering Business Change flagship projects
- Have excellent stakeholder engagement skills and ability to communicate with customers, suppliers, internal stakeholders and exec board members
- End to end project management experience
- Ability to track project costs in order to meet budget
- Direct and facilitate multiple teams to deliver against project milestones and deadlines
- Be an enabler, influence change and use lean methodologies to deliver projects in a timely, efficient and cost-effective manner
- 5 years minimum project management experience
- Strong interpersonal skills and resourcefulness
