Position:

Delivery of pre
- and post-sales support and consultancy across all Open GI software products to prospective and existing clients with a focus on building partnership and trust both internally and externally.
- and post-sales activities. You will work with the client to ensure the maximum value is derived from the products and services available that will contribute to their growth and help them achieve their goals. Travel to customer site will be required as necessary.


Your key responsibilities

  • Provide consultancy support to promote the benefits and use of Open GI's Products and in so doing, enable our customers to get the best from our platforms.
  • Delivery of workshops and webinars to further promote our products and educate our clients.
  • Administration and management of the demonstration environments, including underlying data and associated collateral (in conjunction with Product Marketing) to best support the customerfacing sales function.
  • Delivery of presales demonstrations and requirements gathering alongside our Sales Teams.
  • Support of Solutions Managers in Consultancy and Scoping Studies for new and existing clients.
  • Assist and input to the ongoing review and evaluation of the Open GI software portfolio through liaison with the Head of Solutions and Product Management Team.
  • To wholly understand broker trading activity, the environment, the barriers and the business opportunities and resources available in order to focus activity appropriately including training requirements.
  • To establish, build and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • To create Customer advocacy of Open GI products and services.
  • To generate and share ideas and recommendations to improve productivity and processes.
  • To provide an excellent level of feedback to manager and colleagues.

Requirements:


Experience
***- Strong relevant experience, ideally with a background in insurance broking.

  • Experience of working with and knowledge of mainstream insurance products.
  • Understanding of broker trading
  • IT platforms and related fulfilment systems.
**Qualifications

  • Chartered Insurance Institute Qualifications (or working towards) would be advantageous. Alternatively, being able to demonstrate a high level of industry knowledge
  • Full valid driving licence as travel for this role will be required
