Reed Accountancy are proud to be working with a leading global company. They are recruiting for a
Purchase Ledger Assistant to work
full-time in a
permanent position.
This company was established in 1946 and continue to strive for quality in everything they do. You would be part of a team of professionals with in-depth knowledge and experience. The working hours are
8:30am - 5:30pm Monday to Friday.

Salary:
£26,000 - £26,500


Key Responsibilities:


  • Monitoring petty cash
  • Weekly payment runs
  • Dealing with purchase ledger related queries
  • Maintaining the filing system for invoices
  • Processing expenses
  • Authorising and processing payments
  • Liaising with suppliers
  • Resolving invoice and supplier queries
  • Creating company reports

You will need to demonstrate:


  • SAP experience (desirable)
  • Minimum 2 years' experience
  • Flexibility within a team
  • Organisational skills
  • Experience using Microsoft packages (e.g Excel, word)
  • Willingness to learn new skills
