Our client are seeking a talented Architectural Technician / Technologist to join their well established and award winning multi-disciplinary practice in Central London.

The successful Architectural Technician / Technologist will work within a collaborativeteam environment from concept to completion on large-scale, complex projects across a number of different sectors.


The successful Architectural Technician / Technologist will have previous experience of working as an Architectural Technician /Technologist within an established company for over 3 years.

Our client is seeking someone who has got excellent knowledge ofRevit and ideally a good knowledge of NBS Specifications too, this is however advantageous.

The Architectural Technician / Technologist will be highly motivated and able to work well under pressure.

A few responsibilities may include; Prepare, submit and managePlanning Applications throughout the duration of a live project, deliver technical and detailed design packages of information and Coordinate design packages of information with external consultants.

Architectural Technician / TechnologistPosition Overview

  • Liaise with Building Control in order to obtain Building Regulations approval
  • Work independently to deliver technical and detailed design packages of information
  • Manage workloads in order to produce high quality information to meet projects deadlines
  • Attend meetings with external consultants and other professionals
  • Assist with client liaison (where applicable)
  • Attend design team meeting with other professionals
  • Prepare, submit and manage Planning Applications throughout the duration of a live project

Architectural Technician / TechnologistPosition Requirements

  • Relevant qualification (Ba/Bsc or HND/HNC)
  • Good time management skills
  • Able to produce / review technical packages of information
  • Good knowledge of Revit software
  • 3 years'+ experience within the construction industry
  • Live in or around London
  • Working underrating of the planning process and building regulations

  • Competitive salary (£34,000 £45,000 DOE)
