    We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Recruitment Advisor to join a HR team in Burton upon Trent.

    In this role, you will play a pivotal role in the recruitment processes and provide vital support to the organization.

    You'll have the opportunity to work in a hybrid environment, enjoying the flexibility of working both on-site and remotely.
    Providing essential administrative support to streamline recruitment processes.
    Assisting various departments with their recruitment needs and offering guidance on best practices.
    Playing a crucial role in the implementation of our new recruitment system by conducting necessary checks and ensuring smooth integration
    Previous experience in recruitment or HR administration is desirable
    Flexible hybrid work arrangement offering a blend of remote and on-site work.
