What we offer
With this role you will join the

Digital Strategy and Experience (DSE) Practice within the DTC team. This practice is responsible for enabling our clients to design digital businesses and become game changers in their industries, to accelerate and realise business value with digital.

We partner with a diverse range of clients, to support their digital transformation journeys, in multiple ways including:
strategy, digital maturity assessments, business models, investment cases, innovation, transformation design, platform enablement and life-based experience design.
About the role

We are looking for an individual who brings the ability to collaborate with clients, and provide handson digital transformation design and delivery consultancy, to turn strategy into reality and has experience of working on digital transformation projects or programmes, who has operated as part of a team, or owned at least one workstream, and has supported clients on their transformation journey
Required skills and experience
Experience of working with clients using both Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies
Proven ability to deliver a quality output that meets and exceeds client expectations
Proven ability to build trusted advisory relationships and understand client needs and challenges, demonstrated through high impact and outcome focused deliverables
Experience in developing digital strategy or transformation roadmaps
Experience in delivering quantitative and qualitative research to assess challenges faced by organisations in today's digital market (spanning industry, market, competition and customer)
Ability to deliver first time to tight deadlines
Confident and clear communicator and presenter
Willingness to work as part of a matrix team, liaising across stakeholders of varying seniority levels.
