    You will be responsible for asmall team of Product Developers project-managing the development of newand existing products, to ensure that these meet the requirements of theorganisations strategic objectives and the needs of industry.

    You will beresponsible for establishing processes and best practice within the teamand setting consistent standards for Product Development across the widerProduct Management department.

    Communicating with stakeholders and managingproduct development groups are key elements of this role, so advancedwritten and verbal skills are essential.

    You will continually monitorprocesses, both developmental and operational, to ensure that all projectsare managed with consistency and meet project requirements.

    You will beresponsible for embedding these processes and for robust projectgovernance.

    Work with the Product Development Manager and other seniordevelopers to recruit and assign resources to projects as required, andtake on horizontal team management responsibilities.

    Build and maintain keyrelationships with external and internal stakeholders as required forproduct development, managing contracts and payments as required.

    Organiseand facilitate product focus groups and ongoing development groups to shapenew product development as appropriate with both industry and suppliers.

    Provide leadership and guidance to development teams in other product areasto ensure consistency across the organisation.


    Essential skills:

    Experienceof successfully managing the product lifecycle end to end Experience ofdelivering multiple projects in a commercial environment, demonstratingstrong project governance.

    Project Management professional qualificationssuch as APM (PMQ) or Prince2. Clear, confident and persuasive communicatorand presenter at appropriate levels, as stakeholder management is key tothis role. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to influence andnegotiate both internally and externally. Experience in line management andcross-leadership responsibilities.

    In return, they are offering acompetitive salary up to c£50,000 + a £6,799 car allowance and generousbenefits including remote working.
