Morgan Hunt are currently recruiting for a Carpenter experienced in fitting Fire Doors, ideally FD30s doors.

This role is a temp to perm so you will be temporary for 3 months then you will go direct with the company on a permanent basis.

Overview of Fire Door specification required to installed.

Single Composite FD30s 6 panel design with multi point locking system to PAS24, with all accessories required to comply with fire. Please note that the works vary in door set specification only.

Operative expectations

Install two new composite per day.
Removal of any materials and rubbish onsite.
Ensure safety and quality control standards are maintained.

The aim is to build a team of 4 strong fire door installers to work within communal areas of social housing buildings.

Full-time, Monday to Friday 37 hours per week.

Asbestos awareness, working at heights, manual handling and face fit are required.
