Senior Recruitment Consultant up to 28K basic
_The Company_
My client is a small independent boutique recruiter that have secured a number of new contracts, and they now have an opportunity for an experienced Recruitment Consultant who has an Engineering/Technical sector background

They have 3 established branches and are continuing to grow and an exciting opportunity has become available to join their Penkridge branch near Stafford and to work with the Branch Manager to grow and develop it to its full potential.

As a billing recruitment consultant you'll be responsible for your own desk with the full support and guidance of the branch manager and the senior management team behind you.

The person they are seeking will be a full 360 billing consultant that thrives on chasing and winning new business as well as account managing clients to give a good service

_Experience Required_

A successful career within the recruitment industry as a billing recruitment consultant in either the Engineering Technical, Trades and Labour, Engineering or Construction.
Confident and resilient personality
Great organisational and management skills and a flawless work ethic
Strong communication skills
Knowledge of high street recruitment or a niche sector
A desire to succeed and to grow and branch
