FXT IT Production Analyst / 6-month contract
Hybrid (2 days p/w onsite in London)
£500-600per day, Inside IR35
Company leading FS client are looking for a Foreign Exchange Support Analyst to join the production team.

The FXT Production team handles connections to a variety of markets (Chicago Mercantile Exchange, Eurex, Reuters, etc.), direct clients and vendor platforms and is in direct contact with those business or technology providers' partners.

The role will mostly involve providing high quality analysis of business and technical issues to traders, supporting the complex architecture of their trading systems.


Key skills required:

  • Good knowledge of FX business & electronic trading principles. (Spot/Outright pricing, Fixings, VD Calculation)


  • Data querying

  • SQL Server, Oracle


  • OS usage

  • Windows UNIX Commands


  • Scripting

  • Shell, Python
  • Market Data mechanisms/Communication protocols/Messaging services:
  • FIX
  • TOF
  • TCP / UDP
  • TIBCO RV
  • MQ
