Are you a skilled Building Surveyor seeking a new challenge? Our client is currently looking for a dedicated individual to join their team in producing pre-purchase surveys and Level 2/3 reports.

If you have experience in producing home surveys/building surveys and are committed to maintaining quality standards, we want to hear from you
Produce pre-purchase surveys, ensuring all surveys are ideally within an hour of travel.
Generate 5 Level 2/3 reports per week, prioritizing quality over quantity.
Assist in improving company systems, communications, and training as needed.

Experience in producing pre-purchase home surveys/building surveys.
Own vehicle and driving license required.
00 per year with annual review.
Work from home when not on inspections.
