CUSTOMER SERVICE ADMINISTRATOR
Rate:
£20,592 (£9.90 per hour) + plus monthly company bonus
Hours:
Full-time 40 hours (Monday-Friday) On site working.
Trodat UK Ltd is part of the Trodat-Trotec Group, the global market leader for self-inking stamps, marking products and laser engraving machines.
From our Paisley site, we produce over half a million stamps and marking products every year to precise customer requirements.
The vacancy for Customer Service Administrator exist in Customer Service department and will report to the Customer Services Team Leader, you will be responsible for maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction by dealing with enquiries in an effective and timely manner, excellent administrative skills, an eye for detail, and a passion for ensuring customers receive the highest quality of service.
The successful applicant will have experience within a Customer Service environment and be able to demonstrate experience working within a team environment.
To be successful in this position you must have the following skills and experience:

- Ability to deal with queries in a professional manner both verbally and in writing,
- Order progress
- Quotations
- Enquiries
- Providing resolution within agreed timescales
- Account Management
- Identifying potential process improvements and make recommendations to appropriate management staff.
- Actively support all team members to enable all operational goals are achieved
- Multiskilled with the ability to adapt to different working practises quickly
- Ability to work accurately, check documentation for accuracy,
Key Skills
- Outgoing with excellent interpersonal and communication skills,
- Positive, passionate and enthusiastic approach to customer service
- PC Literate
- Must have good attention to detail
- Problem solving skills
- Knowledge of SAP is an advantage
Salary:
£20,592.00 per year
