    ROLE OVERVIEW:

    To manage the overall studio workflow, scheduling the creative and development projects between both the US and UK teams, making sure the right people are doing the right thing at the right time and helping to formulate process alongside the account management team to ensure that our work is delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest possible quality.

    ABOUT THE ROLE:

    • Reporting to the MD, you will be responsible for scheduling, tracking, and verifying tasks handled within the studio and will be the link between the US and UK teams.
    • You will understand the priority of tasks and ensure briefs and explanations are provided to Developers and Designers (both projects and maintenance).

    KEY TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Own and maintain the production schedule, assigning requests to appropriate resources, liaising daily with the project/account management team on resource requirements.
    • Manage daily workflow of project requirements to creative and development teams and freelance resources as required, ensuring time is logged accurately and promptly.
    • Establish and plan for future resource needs and recruiting permanent and contract resources as needed.
    • Optimise efficiency and productivity of all studio resources, ensuring capacity is maximised.
    • Manage and develop the communication flow, processes and infrastructure between the studio and project management team.
    • Ensure quality assurance (QA) process is implemented on all projects, ensuring all work is quality controlled by the appropriate people before client receipt.
    • Manager maintenance accounts – main contact for day-to-day maintenance requests (not client facing), including seeing requests through from submission to final approval and producing monthly maintenance status reports.

    SKILLS REQUIRED

    • Previous experience of managing studio resources within a creative or advertising agency environment.
    • Understanding of the workings and processes of all on and offline creative assets.
    • Experience of team working and managing suppliers, senior management, designers and clients.
    • MS Office.
    • Excellent communication skills at all levels with strong negotiation skills.
    • A confident, outgoing personality.

    • Respectful and collaborative.

    Our client is offering a competitive salary of £55k – £70k based on experience, plus benefits.
