    Description

    Purpose of Position

    The position is responsible for overseeing the maintenance, management, cataloging and delivery of Pantheon's product marketing collateral, including factsheets, pitchbooks and a wide range of ad-hoc presentations. The role holder has key oversight of ensuring marketing collateral is consistent and housed in Pantheon's centralized filing systems. The role holder will report to the Global Head of Product Strategy & Fundraising.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Oversee other quarterly update cycles for information used across marketing materials, e.g. Global Staff Database, AUM/AUA (Assets under Management / Advisement) and performance
    • Coordinate with broader Product Strategy & Fundraising, Global Marketing and Global Compliance teams on the maintenance of marketing collateral
    • Management of Slide Bank and related monthly and quarterly update processes
    • Slide Director sign off for ad-hoc presentations and other marketing materials produced by Pantheon IR colleagues

    Knowledge and Experience Required

    • Undergraduate degree (Marketing related preferred)
    • Advanced capabilities in PowerPoint, Word, and Adobe
    • Stand-out communication skills with an ability to confidently interact with key senior stakeholders around the business
    • Working knowledge of Right Slide or equivalent
    • Excellent attention to detail
