    Role Description

    The IAG Group is seeking a product expert with exceptional hi-fi knowledge passionate about showcasing the virtues of their class-leading product portfolio across their prestigious collection of globally renowned brands.

    The successful candidate will be responsible for introducing products and brand philosophies to our extensive global B2B network and dealerships, as well as the creation of materials which can be translated for end-customer communications.

    In collaboration with the global sales teams and marketing department, the successful candidate will assist and coordinate materials and seminars to boost the exposure, understanding and user adoption of IAG brand products.

    This role requires extensive hi-fi knowledge, interpersonal skills, and excellent communication and understanding of the modern hi-fi and audio enthusiast environment.

    A successful background in retail or similar product-based experience would be beneficial but not essential. The role will require extensive technical knowledge and the ability to communicate effectively with experts and non-experts.

    This highly engaging role offers a unique position in our dynamic business. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing our brand's presentation and the evolution of our product offerings and feature sets. You will work under the supervision of the Global Sales & Marketing Director and UK Business Development Director. The role requires you to work regularly from our UK office in Huntingdon, Cambridgeshire, and you should be prepared to travel extensively within the UK and globally.

    Key Responsibilities


    • Creating training and educational resources, media, materials and documents for presenting IAG brands and products internally and directly to the B2B & B2C networks


    • Hosting events and seminars in F2F and online environments to deliver materials and plans


    • Develop and support all aspects of our brands and business network, ensuring high-quality displays and merchandising across our dealer network


    • Support technical contributions to our web, media and SoME presence


    • Develop working relationships with PR and SoMe agencies to support GTM strategies


    • Support the global sales and marketing teams and technical support through staff training and delivering knowledge to empower new product adoption


    • Aid in the development of industry trends and in-market competitive analysis


    • Collaborate in early-stage beta testing for new product development
