We're seeking a future team member for the role of
Senior Specialist, Regulatory Change Management
to join our Regulatory Change Management team. This role is located in Manchester - HYBRID

In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:

Advise on implications of complex emerging regulatory requirements across BNY Mellon's EMEA Lines of Business, Legal Entities and Corporate Functions
Advising on upcoming and emerging EMEA regulatory change, covering emerging regulatory agenda, key themes, and supervisory and enforcement actions.
Ability to provide credible challenge on Regulatory Change determinations and implementation responses
Represent BNY Mellon at relevant external industry forums in region, as required, to ensure awareness of industry developments and market practice

To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:

Proven experience in a Compliance /Legal/ Controls role or equivalent experience
Strong understanding of Financial Services sector, including relevant BNY Mellon businesses and operating models.
Strong understanding of global regulatory and supervisory structures, with awareness of key laws, regulations, guidance and regulatory expectations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, specifically strong presentation skills and ability to clearly present and influence senior and boardlevel audiences
Proficiency in MS office (PowerPoint and excel)
