Description
CloudPay is seeking an HR Business Partner to join our HR team on an FTC 12-months maternity cover.This role will be providing support for a variety of HR functions, including employee relations, performance management and business partnering with our employees across the EMEA locations.
The HRBP will work closely with the HR Manager to develop and implement HR strategies that support the company's overall business objectives.
The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, a deep understanding of HR best practices, and a proven track record of driving organizational change.
This role requires presence in the office at least once a week.Provide strategic HR guidance and support to managers and employees on employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and terminations.
