- Global Payroll Management: Oversee all aspects of payroll processing for employees across multiple countries, ensuring timely and accurate payroll disbursements.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant international payroll laws, regulations, and tax requirements in each jurisdiction where the company operates.
- Process Improvement: Continuously assess and improve payroll processes and systems to streamline operations, enhance accuracy, and optimize efficiency.
- Vendor Management: Manage relationships with payroll service providers and other third-party vendors, ensuring high-quality service delivery and adherence to SLAs.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with HR, Finance, and other departments to ensure alignment and accuracy of payroll data and processes.
- Reporting and Analysis: Generate and analyze payroll reports to provide insights into payroll costs, trends, and variances, supporting decision-making and strategic planning.
- Employee Support: Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries related to payroll, taxes, and deductions, providing timely and accurate information and support.
- Audit Support: Coordinate and support internal and external audits related to payroll, ensuring compliance and accuracy of payroll records and processes.
- Training and Development: Provide training and guidance to payroll team members and other stakeholders on payroll policies, procedures, and best practices.
