Operations Director - Healthcare EventsSurrey£60,000 - £65,000 + benefitsSenior operations role where you will be responsible for leading global healthcare events and a team of event managersThe agencyThis full service events and comms agency work with well known global brands, predominantly in the automotive, technology and pharma sectors, to deliver a range of events and experiences.

From large scale congresses for 1000's to stand alone meetings for 500 delegates, through to product launches these events come with logistically complex elements and are delivered worldwide in some fantastic destinations.

The roleAn exciting new opportunity has arisen for an Event Operations Lead to join a dedicated healthcare account team and be responsible for the high level planning and delivery of global events From resource planning, to working with client services to ensuring that each project across the client has the best team delivering them, this is a broad operational role.

Ensuring that client processes as well as pharma compliance are followed by the team and that SLAs are met are also part of the role.

About youWith a background in events delivery of international pharma projects and exposure to working within healthcare regulations, events agency experience is a real plus point for this role.

Experience and understanding of congresses in particular would be a real asset to this role.

Ideally you will have used Cvent or a similar event technology platform and managed budgets over £1m for a single event.

You will have led and developed teams and be strategic in your planning with excellent client facing skills as well.
