Bar back / Glass Collector / Support Staff

Part Time / Weekends / Late Nights


We are The Distillery, a well-established innovative and contemporary Bar in the Cathedral Quarter of Derby, looking to recruit enthusiastic and confident people to join our team.


Responsibilities:


  • Delivering exceptional hospitality in both food and drink service
  • Working in a challenging and fastpaced Bar environment
  • Delivering memorable experiences
  • Hands on approach and must take pride in your work
  • Carrying out our daily processes efficiently
  • Maintaining high standards of service and cleanliness

Requirements:


  • You have to be driven by positive customer experience
  • Have a willingness to learn everything about this industry and want new opportunities
  • Be Outgoing, friendly and happy to meet new people
  • Effectively communicate with managers and other team members #workfamily
  • Be Proactive and use your own initiative to carry out tasks

  • Have to be able to
    work late nights on Friday & Saturday (3am5am finish)
