We are currently partnering with a high growth boutique consulting firm who are looking for a OD Principal Consultant.

Our client delivers strategy, organisational design and culture change services to a range of high-profile organisations and, as a result of their success, are expanding quickly.

This role represents an excellent opportunity for a driven individual to move into an entrepreneurial consulting business, during an exciting period of growth.

The role is hybrid, based between home and Central London

Depth of of expertise required in Organisation Design and Transformation, which is our client's core offering
Building trusting client relationships, by bringing your insight and experience to bear
Running client 'discovery' processes, involving in-depth interviews and data analysis
Creating simple approaches and interventions to help our clients make sense of complexity
Working in partnership with others to design and facilitate high-impact workshops with client teams
Supporting the development of client proposals, including the shaping of project outcomes and delivery approaches
Living the company values and building healthy relationships with the team
