We are recruiting for a global investment management organisation who have introduced a flexible working programme.

They now have a newly created position in one of their Business Management areas for an Intragroup Outsourcing Senior Manager (Internal Vendor Management).

This position is a hybrid, where you are only required to work in the office - 2 days a week andthe rest from home.

In this new role, you will work within a team that supports and focusses on the project management of their intragroup outsourcing (internal vendor management) arrangements and the management & maintenance of key controls including development of MI reportingand regulatory change horizons.

This can include but not be limited to:

Acting as a coordinator for residual remediation, including initial and updating meetings with global stakeholders
Reviewing and further enhancing their internal outsourcing policies, processes and procedures.
Partnering with Compliance & Risk teams to ensure any upcoming regulatory change impacting their internal outsourcing procedures and governance framework are embedded and communicated
Managing the BAU Implementation Steering Committee / Oversight Group
Reviewing and analyzing documentation, for the preparation and the roll out of their Internal Material Outsourcing Arrangements (IMOA) remediation meetings
Partnering with Risk to track selfidentified risk issues to closure
Creating, implementing and rolling out an annual attestation / renewals process
Be responsible for coordinating annual IMOA procedure review with compliance and risk.

You will already be an experienced business manager with knowledge of outsourcing, vendor management, procurement or project management, coupled with experience of implementing processes and controls that support adherence to governance policy & regulations.

In addition you will be someone with a hands-on mentality and a self-starter who has the ability to challenge ways of working and adaptable to change, whilst also possessing exceptional attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
