    My client is in search of Pension Project Managers to work on diverse projects in a client-facing role. The projects cover various aspects of Pensions Administration such as implementations, benefit changes, pension dashboard, GMPE, and de-risking. As a Project Manager, your responsibilities will include:

    • The end-to-end management of complex projects ensuring timely delivery, within budget, and maintaining high client satisfaction levels
    • Developing and maintaining detailed project plans with a focus on resources, scope, cost, assumptions, and dependencies
    • Conducting regular work stream and project meetings, documenting actions and managing identified risks
    • Adapting project plans and communications to accommodate scope changes
    • Reviewing high-complexity project proposals, validating requirements, and recommending changes
    • Client communication to ensure clear updates on progress, risks, and solutions-oriented approach to issues

    To be successful in this role, you need to be an experienced Project Manager with expertise in DB, DC, and insured pension schemes. Experience with Trust and Insurance based work is beneficial. Additionally, excellent relationship building, communication skills, and strong organizational abilities are essential to effectively prioritize workloads across multiple deadlines.

    The roles are available in any of their UK offices with hybrid-working options. Flexible working arrangements are also possible.
