Dynamics 365 CRM Tester / Junior Tester


The UK Microsoft Practice provides industry-proven experienced Microsoft experts that personally own and deliver elements from a set of services focused on assessing current and future needs for Atos customers with a focus on Microsoft products.

Come in and join our growing Dynamics 365 team and help to shape and grow the UK&I's Dynamics 365 capability.


Our team is part of a Global practice - you will be involved and provide leadership at the global level We hold regular sessions with Microsoft teams to understand the future of the Microsoft roadmaps and promote active encouragement to build relationships with 3rd parties.

As a Tester, you will work with clients and partners to ensure successful end-to-end testing of the solution implementations.


Your day-to-day responsibilities include:


  • Selfmanage, independently plan, design, and execute tests
  • Participate in daily standups, provide timely updates, raise issues, and notify team of any roadblocks
  • Have strong analytical skills, with the ability to identify missing requirements and drive discussions about testing needs with product owners and business users
  • Managing relationships with key client stakeholders in client and multivendor environments.
  • Highlighting any testing risks and issues e.g. resourcing, priority conflicts, business capacity, testing inputs and busy periods.
  • Knowledge of Dynamics 365 Marketing is a plus
  • Handson experience in Development/Support/Implementation projects in US & Europe
  • Experience of Agile Methodology
  • Experience of designing test strategies to deliver test cycles (SIT, UAT, Non Functional Testing) for multiple releases/projects.
  • Experience of executing testing with multiple vendors and third party integrations.
  • Experience of working with Microsoft Azure DevOps.
  • Excellent customer facing skills, able to communicate at all levels. Expected experience 2 to 3 years
  • Experience in client presentations and comfortable being part of presales activities
  • Flexible team player with great attitude
  • Microsoft Dynamics certifications are a plus
  • Stay current on Dynamics 365 and related technologies
  • High degree of initiative and personal responsibility
  • Able to gain or currently hold UK Security Clearance to 'SC' level
  • Proficient in English communication (verbal & written).
