Macildowie Executive Search are delighted to be partnering an engineering business in their search for a new Manager for their metallurgical production facility in the East Midlands (not far from J24 of the M1).

This role is an exciting opportunity to join an established and rapidly growing business. Growth is very much a defining feature of this role.

The seek a leader who can assist in creating solutions to the growing pains the business is experiencing due tohigh demand for their products.

This is a nice problem to have, right?

So what technical skills are being sought?

  • Experience managing a factory or plant in the precisionengineering sector
  • This means you'll need to have been the person in charge of the production/manufacturing operations
  • Being accountable for the operational P&L
  • Consequenly it's an onsite role 5 days a week so you'll be motivated by being in the thick of it
And what behaviours would they like their leader to exude?
