Contracts Manager

Edinburgh (hybrid working available)
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Contracts Manager to join our Edinburgh based client.

Working in the higher education sector, the purpose of this role is to lead a busy and high performing contracts team that currently consists of 5 ContractsSpecialists.

This team plays a business critical role and you'll be heavily involved in managing stakeholders to ensure that a high level of service is delivered at all times.

A typical day will involve:

Leading the contracts team including line managing and training staff and allocating work amongst the team
Reviewing workloads to ensure SLAs are consistently hit, identifying when changes are needed to SLAs to make sure the business needs are met
Remaining hands on in the contracts team and reviewing, drafting and negotiating contracts
Working closely with teams and key stakeholders across the business, developing strong working relationships
