    Description

    We are recruiting a new Senior Reception role for a leading and highly prestigious Private Equity firm based in London's West End. This role requires first-class client service skills and a true company ambassador to provide high-level support across FOH, facilities and administration.

    Working hours are 10 am -7 pm, five days office based.

    Duties include:

    FOH -Meeting and greeting all guests warmly and welcomingly, making refreshments, Setting up meeting rooms, operating Cisco switchboard, setting up VC and Audio equipment, booking meeting rooms, managing catering, booking couriers, and all FOH administration.

    Facilities admin: Franking mail, organising deliveries, organising birthday gifts, cakes, etc., managing facilities-related issues, stationary orders, signing off invoices, checking invoices and keeping up to date with stock, assisting with monthly expenses for junior professionals.
