    The Role

    ZILO are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Implementation Consultant to join our Delivery team. The Implementation Consultant will play a critical role in delivering solutions to our clients. This role requires a deep understanding of transfer agency products, processes, and data migrations. The role is client facing so the candidates must have excellent communication skills, and a strong commitment to client satisfaction.

    Core elements of the role are as follows:

    Client Engagement:

    • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their needs and challenges.
    • Manage client meetings through the delivery life cycle to gather requirements, build operating models, present solution designs, and detailed plans.
    • Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication.

    Solution Design:

    • Collaborate with the sales and product teams to design solutions that address client requirements and stay true to ZILO's product roadmap.
    • Develop detailed solution and operating model documentation, including scope, timelines, and resource requirements.
    • Ensure proposed solutions align with industry best practices and compliance standards.
    • Identifying gaps between source applications (either through experience and/or the data) and the target product, flagging these to the Product Owners

    Project Delivery:

    • Lead the delivery of solutions to clients, managing project timelines and budgets.
    • Work across Delivery and Migration streams as required
    • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including implementation specialists and technical experts.
    • Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement solutions.
    • Manage end to end testing of the client solution
    • Defining/measuring success criteria by working with all parties on validation techniques such as the testing of migrated data and reconciliations
    • Working with the Asset Manager/Transfer Agent to understand their inflight strategy and requirements, and to ensure that any build is conveyed to the engineers.
    • Analysis of Inflight/cutover scenarios, validating against the data available and assisting in defining the runbook.

    Industry Subject Matter Expert:

    • Detailed Transfer Agency knowledge is a must for this role as the role will require detailed design discussions with clients relating to delivery of ZILO's product and services.
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in transfer agency services.
    • Maintain a deep understanding of our company's products and services.
    • Provide product training to clients and internal teams as needed.

    Client Support:

    • Provide ongoing support to clients in early life support to ensure the client's delivery is a success with a seamless transition to BAU.
    • Address client inquiries and issues promptly and professionally.
    • Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services.
    • Minimum of 8 years of experience in the Transfer Agency sector, preferably across multiple jurisdictions.
    • Proven track record in delivering solutions to Transfer Agency clients.
    • Strong product knowledge within Transfer Agency.
    • Experience of Transfer Agency migrations is beneficial.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
    • Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance environment.
    • The candidate must have the right to work in the United Kingdom.
